STEVE GILROY

Steve Gilroy is an international business development specialist with more than 22 years experience in the IT industry and is one of the most innovative sales educators in the IT industry.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked in a number of sales and marketing roles and has a reputation for implementing clear sales growth plans in simple action-oriented steps. He has managed several international sales teams across the globe.

Steve is a Miller-Heiman Master of Sales and has delivered hundreds of keynote presentations, sales training and coaching sessions in Europe, Asia and North America and is also a regular industry presenter in the areas of IT Skills, Innovation and Sales & Marketing. He has developed a number of sales tools, templates and practical sales process models for several leading IT organisations. He also implements custom CRM systems and runs a series of Sales Education workshops for Sales Managers.

Steve has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Design & Management from Kingston University, London and is a member of the Institute of Directors and Institute of Marketing.

PAUL FENNEMORE

Paul has over 20 years practical experience in the IT industry acquired in international executive management roles covering sales, marketing, training and general management. He brings to any consulting assignment or training program a blend of big company best practices and strategic thinking coupled with small company pragmatism and entrepreneurship accumulated whilst working with large organisations such as HP and venture funded start ups.

Paul backs up his practical experience with his academic qualifications holding degrees in economics and marketing and by having a formal education in people training and development. Also in the world of academia, Paul has served as a Course Director at the Chartered Institute of Marketing delivering workshops covering marketing and sales planning, sales management and product management.

Paul believes that the role of marketing and selling need to be regarded as having a high professional status demanding the same level of credentials and expertise of any of the other functions such as accountancy or law that hold the ‘Professional’ status.

Paul is also a firm advocate of delivering educational programs that are aimed at delivering pre-stated and measureable results aligned to business objectives and as such all his courses and workshops are geared towards helping delegates achieve their goals as well as raising their aspirations.
